San Francisco Treats

Life back in San Francisco has been great over these last few weeks.

My job at Deloitte has recently become more challenging and, in a very nerdy accounting/finance way, more exciting, for which I'm grateful. I've also enjoyed basketball games, working out at the crack of dawn with my roommate Matt, eating out at fun restaurants (including a new favorite sushi place in Half Moon Bay), tide pooling, elder's quorum flag football on the beach, institute classes, home teaching with a great companion, a drive in movie (my first, and a great experience if you haven't tried it), and other fun activities. I feel like the summer is coming to a close and I really need to pack in as much as possible!

In other news, I got my CFA results back and passed! 3 years, 600+ hours of studying, 3 exams... and it's finally over. Unfortunately to be an official charter holder I have to have 3 more years of qualifying work experience, but at least I have the hard part done. Amazingly enough, all 4 coworkers of mine who also took a CFA exam this year passed as well. It's a lot easier to celebrate when no one fails :)

I found another great Mat Kearney song this week. I've never seen Grey's Anatomy, but apparently whoever posted this song is a fan.

Congrats bro! That has gotta feel good. In other news, I ran into a Michelle in Boston who said she was in your MAC program at BYU. Cheers
